PRE-ORDERS

In case of pre-orders, the date from which the item is available is indicated for each product. From that date the items will be shipped immediately.

CUSTOM-MADE

The delivery time of a custom-made item depends on the type of item. This will be discussed during the process. The first meeting can take place on location or by telephone. For the first contact please send an email to contact@des-anges.com.

You can also choose to have your item sent insured up to 500 euros. This will be shown to you at checkout.

All European orders are included VAT and duties. There will not be any additional costs. The fees for international orders outside of Europe do not include custom fees and additional taxes, we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates, we cannot always guarantee delivery dates. DES ANGES aims to process orders as soon as possible. All shipments are sent securely with track and trace.

RETURNS

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, do not remove label etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. You can return an item by contacting contact@des-anges.com and mentioning your ordernumber.

The shipping cost of the return is for the client and the cost for shipping are deducted from the refund amount.

In the case that you wish to cancel your exchange and receive a refund for your order, the conditions of a return apply. The order must also be returned in pristine and unused condition with the label.

FREE EXCHANGE 

If an item does not fit well you can exchange it for the right size. We will ship the right size to you for free worldwide.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment within 30 days. Also, please note that – depending on the payment platform – it can take up to 30 working days for the money to be on your account. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
